Russell is an experienced digital leader with over 19 years’ experience in the industry. He’s carved a niche in the cultural sector, working on technical and cultural projects, alongside clients like the Science Museum, BBC, Natural History Museum and Channel 4. He comes from a background of games and experience and oversees all technical requirements and architecture, managing development outputs.

Sheridan is the agency's chief creative officer and leads our service offering in branding & design, content creation, creative technology and property marketing. With over 30 years’ experience in the creative industries and a specialist knowledge of property, government and destinations and has delivered a number of exceptionally successful award-winning campaigns in London, the wider UK and internationally.

Rob brings a deep understanding of the travel industry and has built up a network of top tier contacts.  He has worked in travel for over 25 years, where he started out in tour operations before moving into agency sales and marketing. Rob provides clients with strategic advice and direction on market development projects, programme development and consumer marketing activations.
